Kasia Archer
International Pilates Teacher. Elite Athletic Experience and Teen Pilates Training.
Pilates, to me, is the art of mindful movement and an investment in quality of life. As an Iternational Pilates instructor, I work with precision, experience, and a deeply individualized approach to the body.
My journey began in elite sport — as a former member of the Polish national kayaking team and a gold medalist, I learned the true meaning of strength, discipline, and respect for the body.
Today, I help others build a kind of health that isn’t temporary, but lasting, intentional, and felt in everyday life.

Silvia Aran
Certified Polestar Pilates teacher.
Pilates came into my life almost by chance. Some years ago a friend recommended a local class, and I was lucky enough to find a wonderful teacher who quickly got me hooked. What I loved most was how Pilates helped me reconnect with my body — to move with more attention, concentration and awareness, and to rediscover how good it feels to challenge yourself in a healthy and mindful way.
My professional background is very different. I spent more than 20 years working in international banking, product management and business transformation, and later in the technology and blockchain space. During a voluntary career break, I decided to learn more about Pilates and train as an instructor, initially simply as a personal project and something I could enjoy with family and friends.
But as my training progressed, I realised how much I wanted to share what I was learning with others.
As an instructor, I would love to help people understand their bodies better, become more aware of how they move and discover how small changes can make movement feel more efficient and meaningful.
I also believe that many of the limits we place on ourselves are not only physical, but mental. My goal is for people to leave class feeling more connected to their bodies, more confident in what they can do, and curious to keep exploring and learning.
